My name is Dr. Kathryn Addo. I’m an expert Nonprofit Consultant and Leadership Coach located in Greensboro, NC. My passion is serving nonprofit organizations and developing community leaders.

My journey began in my childhood, assisting my mother with her community service activities. She instilled in me the values and responsibilities of giving to others. Growing up in a close-knit, urban community, I experienced firsthand the power of families and neighbors caring for one another. These early life experiences shape the lens through which I provide consulting services at STC Consulting, LLC.

With over 25 years as a public service professional in law, education, and theology, I’ve dedicated my career to improving the quality of community-focused programs. Churches, social service organizations, schools, and philanthropic initiatives have all benefited from my expertise. My passion lies in serving nonprofit organizations and developing community leaders. As a certified Maxwell Leadership Team coach, I excel at empowering nonprofit leaders to achieve their personal and professional aspirations.
