My story begins with assisting my mother in her community service activities as a young girl.  I learned the value & responsibility of helping others at an early age.  My early years were spent in a close-knit, urban community where I watched families and neighbors support each other.  These early life experiences provide the lens through which I provide services as STC Consulting, LLC

Professionally, I’ve been a community development and public service professional in the arenas of law, education and theology for over 20 years.  During this time, I’ve helped churches, faith-based organizations, schools and other nonprofit organizations improve the quality of their community-focused programs.  My formal training and certifications have uniquely prepared me to help nonprofits start and grow.  I founded Sankofa Ministries, Inc., a missions-focused non-profit that served inner city communities in the United States and West Africa.

STC Consulting, LLC’s mission is to grow and equip nonprofits to reach their maximum community impact.
